1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to the rental of the “Apartments Nové Hutě” vacation rentals between the landlord and the guest.
2. Contract conclusion
By submitting a booking request, the guest makes a binding offer to enter into a rental agreement. The agreement is concluded upon confirmation by the landlord.
3. Services
The landlord makes the booked vacation rental available to the guest for the agreed-upon period. Use is limited to the agreed-upon number of guests.
4. Prices and Payment
The agreed-upon rates apply to the booked period. Payment is made according to individual arrangements (e.g., bank transfer or cash payment on site).
5. Arrival and Departure
Check-in is generally from 4:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Different times can be arranged on an individual basis.
6. Withdrawal and Cancellation
You may cancel your reservation at any time. The landlord is entitled to request reasonable compensation if the apartment cannot be rented to another guest.
7. Use of the vacation rental
Please treat the vacation rental with care. Any damage must be reported to the landlord immediately.
8. Liability
The landlord is liable only for damages resulting from intentional acts or gross negligence. No liability is assumed for the guest’s personal belongings.
9. Pets and Smoking
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments.
10. Choice of law
The laws of the Czech Republic apply.
Mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which the guest has his or her habitual residence remain unaffected.
11. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is—to the extent permitted by law—the location of the vacation rental.
12. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
