Welcome to our vacation rental in the Šumava Mountains, in the quiet village of Nové Hutě in the Czech Republic. Our house is located right on the edge of the Šumava Landscape and Nature Reserve and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing yet active vacation—any time of year.
In winter, you can reach the ski slopes and cross-country trails in just a few minutes. The trailhead for the famous Šumava Cross-Country Ski Trail (Bílá stopa) is located right on-site, as are several ski lifts. In spring, summer, and fall, numerous hiking trails, bike routes, and nature trails invite you to explore the Bohemian Forest on foot or by bike.

Another room featuring a double bed, a wardrobe, dressers, and a crib (available for an additional fee), which can be equipped with a mattress, pillow, blanket, and bedding upon request. Upon request, we can also provide you with a high chair at no extra charge.
The price includes: bed linens for each booked bed, one towel per person, liquid soap, dish soap, two rolls of toilet paper, and one dish towel.
In the summer, our guests can enjoy the seating area in the garden in front of the house, a small grill, and lounge chairs.
Wi-Fi is free in the building.
the visitor's tax in the amount of 12 kč (€ 0,50) The fee per person, per day, and per bed is not included in the price and must be paid on site on the day of arrival by all guests aged 18–70.
